Please call for appointments, as they are being handled case by case. If you have an in-home appointment scheduled and have a member of the household showing symptoms of cough or fever, please call to reschedule for the safety of our technicians.

We have been monitoring the rapidly-changing situation around COVID-19 (coronavirus). In addition to following the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments, we have taken the following steps beyond our usual high standards:


  • We have re-emphasized with our employees our existing sanitation and illness policies, including frequent and proper hand washing.
  • We have emphasized what employees can do to keep themselves and others safe, including not touching one’s face, and staying home if sick.
  • Staff members have been asked to maintain social distancing in the next few weeks, especially when interacting with the public.
